PEOPLE
Fuad Sillem
Fuad Sillem has extensive corporate development experience in the mining industry and has worked for AIM, TSX and FTSE listed mining companies. Prior to founding Silvertree Partners, Fuad spent over ten years with the Dragon Group, a leading mining finance, management & venture capital group which incubated a number of mining projects in Africa, the FSU and Latin America. Mr Sillem is a director of a number of private and publicly listed natural resources companies. Fuad Sillem has a BA in International Business from Regents University and is a member of the CFA society of the UK and the Society of Mining and Metallurgy.
Sam Quinn
Sam Quinn is a corporate lawyer with twenty years’ worth of experience in the natural resources sector, in both legal counsel, finance and management positions. Sam was formerly the Director of Corporate Finance and Legal Counsel for the Dragon Group, a London-based natural resources venture capital firm. Prior to working in the natural resources sector, Mr Quinn worked as a corporate lawyer for several leading international law firms based in Western Australia and London. Sam Quinn graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1999 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts and is a qualified lawyer in Western Australia and in England & Wales.
